- Transfers are subject to daily and transaction limits
- Exchange rates are determined at the time of transaction confirmation
- Transfer fees are disclosed before you confirm a transaction
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination country
- We reserve the right to delay or cancel transfers for compliance reasons
5. Fees and Charges
You agree to pay all applicable fees for using our services. Fees are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction. We may change our fees at any time with prior notice. Third-party fees (such as bank charges) may also apply.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal activities including money laundering or terrorist financing
- Fraudulent transactions or identity theft
- Transactions involving prohibited goods or services
- Circumventing transaction limits or verification requirements
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
7. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a transfer before it is processed. Once a transfer has been completed, it cannot be reversed. Refunds for cancelled transfers will be processed within 5-10 business days. Our money-back guarantee applies if we fail to deliver your transfer within the promised timeframe.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blueone Pay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through our internal complaint process. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
